ETM: E-learning Transfer Model
With the ETM we offer NGOs the basic ability to develop and manage their own online training.

Unlike traditional approaches, online training requires different materials, teaching methods and strategies.

The ETM makes the following available to NGO:
  • tailored NGO online training
    • didactic and instructional design
    • design of the online resources and teaching methods
    • draining of NGO instructors in order to be able to carry out virtual teaching

  • team support
    • throughout the creation of the online environment and course preparation
    • during the initial, tutor monitored, online teaching stages
    • in the problem solving of subsequent programmes

  • the necessary IT resources required for online training
    • internet for distribution
    • e-mail for instructors
    • an online training portal powered by Moodle

  • our knowledge and experience
    • publishing training courses to the Internet
    • training and preparing each NGO
    • we’re an NGO. Who else could better know the way you work?

Why the ETM: E-learning Transfer Model?
Many NGO carry out classroom training. Such NGO are experts in their fields: ecology, health, volunteer work…

At Iwith.org we are experts in New Technologies and virtual training.

We want to share our knowledge and experiences with other NGOs. It is from this initiative that the ETP (E-learning Training Programme) was born.

The combination of our efforts will help to create great virtual courses of social interest.
