On the 11th of March, Iwith.org is invited at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland in order to participate to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights meeting. We will present a workshop dedicated to "the use of the Internet and the IT tools for the human rights". There will be a side event with several NGOs.
The class is based on 3 parts: first a presentation about the United Nations web page and its resources, second a brief introduction about the use of IT tools for NGOs and finally, the invited NGOs will present their own experience with the Internet and their collaboration with Iwith.org. The NGOs are Fundación Arigatou and le Réseau Ouest Africain des Défenseurs des Droits Humains.
