Headline news

Among several entrepreneurs’ projects, the ETNIA Project, an Iwith.org beneficiary, has been selected at National level (i.e. at Spanish State level) in order to enter a contest organized by Banesto and Orange, with the support of Instituto de Empresa Business School, Intel, and the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade. Iwith.org provides ETNIA Project with Ab-core –Iwith’s Internet services platform- and allows ETNIA to make use of this platform.

The aim of this initiative is to foster new projects, both economically and operationally viable. These projects will receive the support of ORANGE, FUNDACION CULTURAL BANESTO and the INSTITUTO DE EMPRESA BUSINESS SCHOOL which, in due time, will provide the training tools and tutorship needed for the development of a viability analysis.

If selected, 22 out of these projects, and among them the Etnia Project, may, in the lapse of 5 months, opt for additional resources for the execution of the business project that includes:

- Business Plan

- Marketing Plan

- Financial Plan

- Human resources Plan and Legal Plan

- Operational Plan and Logistics

Afterwards, 10 projects will be selected, 2 of which will be chosen as finalists, and each one in the following categories:

* Best Entrepreneur Project Prize
* Best Pymes Development Project Prize

Furthermore, the category of Social Entrepreneur, where the ETNIA Project is taking part, is once more to be included. This category will award prizes to those initiatives that have the aim of providing a better way of life to minorities or to people with disabilities or to physically challenged people by means of the use of new technologies.
