18th IFIP World Computing Congress
The WWC will take place from 22nd to 27th August 2004 in Toulouse.
Information is a new infrastructure. Compared to its predecessors, the informational infrastructure is more powerful, has stronger economic and social implications, and is progressively shaping our society.
The technological evolution of technologies of information and communication (STIC) during the last decades is far from being completed. The are many challenges posed to the STIC community.
The 18th IFIP World Computing Congress will cover many of the challenges via co-located established conferences.
