It is an essential topic, for any organization, to be able to establish a transparent communication with the implicated members, directly or indirectly, with the targets and tasks of the own organization. That’s why we present and offer you the course “The web as a tool for the communication between donors, volunteers, beneficiaries and other groups of interest”. This course will be given during November and the language will be Catalan and Spanish.

The objective of this course is to offer solutions for the adequate management of communication channels between the organization itself and the people that is implicated on it. To learn how to recognize the stakeholders, how to communicate with them in an effective and direct way, what type of information it is possible to provide as effective as possible, what type of information it is possible to offer them so that it is effective or what kind of documentation adjusts better to your interests. So, basically, a practical course to learn how to communicate in an efficient and effective way with the people involved in your organization.
