Training courses for ONGs staff in developing countries

Respect seeks to foster and increase the existing capacities in those places where ONGs, communities and volunteers, work to improve the life and expectations of the population.

RESPECT has created a course to develop managerial skills and professional competences at work in the ONGs, a training focused on improving the personal skills of those performing the projects that may have a deep repercussion on the local environment where these organizations work.

The participation on the courses is free and once completed, RESPECT issues an official certificate of development of the course to those students / organizations who have completed successfully a small final exam.
