Iwith.org is an small international non-profit, with headquarters in Nyon and a branch office in Barcelona (Spain). It has 7 employees, 8 hardly dedicated collaborators, and more than 100 internet based volunteers.
Last year provided assistance about internet subjects to more than 300 organizations, and more then 250 organizations are using it’s Internet services platform with more than 3500 users. Focus of Iwith.org is to provide assistance to small and medium non-profits.
Position Overview
The Partnerships Manager will be in charge to manage existing partnerships in Switzerland and abroad, specially on english and french speaking organizations, and to find and establish new agreements, to boost Iwith.org visibility in english and french speaking regions. This person will be reporting to the management of the organization.
Responsibilities
• To find and establish new agreements with NPO to participate in the Ab·core programme.
• Make Iwith.org presence in Switzerland more visible to other organizations, partners, governments and institutions
• Increase the participation of Iwith.org foundation in events, conferences, forums, and summits based Switzerland and abroad where Iwith.org could have a positive impact by its presence.
• Keep an open dialog with existing partners and beneficiaries
• Research and identify prospective donors – foundations, individuals and partner organizations
• Provide feedback to the rest of the organization.
• Coordinate with the rest of the organization in the production of the newsletter and other communication materials.
Requirements
• Previous experience in non-profit organization in switzerland, in positions related with communications, partnerships, or institutional fundraising.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills, sociable person.
• Ability to publicly represent organization effectively, either formally or informally
• Fluent English and French.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and track multiple deadlines.
• Ability and desire to work with a team in a community-based environment.
• Creative and flexible / able to respond fluidly to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, Enthusiastic and personable, Responsible.
