We are happy to present the new volunteers at iWith.org. Claire Savelsbergh, Liz Cherba, and Julie Nyce are students from the United States and Miranda Gubbels is an EVS volunteer from the Netherlands, working with iWith.org this semester in Barcelona.

World Community Grid creates a public computing network that aids projects that benefits humanity. The success of the project is dependent on individuals donating their unused computer time to the cause.

The cards have the solidarity message from Iwith.org, a non lucrative organization that works with New Technologies for the development of the most disadvantaged.Many organizations and also NGOs have sent in beautiful designs that will help to make known their selfless and altruistic work.

From the Iwith.org portal, your designs will be used to create virtual Christmas cards that will be sent all over the world. The initiative is guaranteed by the massive success of our previous competitions.

This week we are immersed in the Second European Volunteer Congress and it is a good occasion to share impressions and as the Director, Violant Cervera said, “This Congress has to be different and serve a purpose.”
