The Forum Alternative Channel: Social Networks and Responsible Media made the conference to an international success, creating a good initial point for the second conference in New York next November.

Bocatics, those small capsules of simple and practical knowledge available via the Internet serve as our introduction at the next celebration of Internet Day. We invite all of our Iwith.org friends to vote for this tool before May 17th!

Whichever book receives most downloads between now and the 22nd of April will be accredited with Iwith.org's international book-day prize. The objective of which is to contribute to a useful online culture.

In this way, this NGO has declared 12th March 2008 as the first International Online Free Expression Day.

There are no longer any places available on the course starting on March 28, the web as a communications tool for donors, volunteers, beneficiaries and other interest groups but bear in mind that there are 3 other courses available.

Don't forget that every Tuesday from 18 to 20 hours, on Iwith.org Barcelona headquarters, the meeting point is working. A place which objective is to link Organizations of the Third Sector from all around the world and people wanting to connect with them.

The ‘Agencia de Gestión de Ayudas Universitarias y de Investigación de la Generalitat’ has opened a competition to grant financial aids to support the development of research projects concerning health and information and communication technologies.

His name is Luis Burrel and, although of Spanish nationality, he lives in Germany. He is the creator of “Colourful Tents”, the most sent postcard through Iwith.org during the festive period.

Els promotors de la iniciativa Iwith.org demanen que et deixis impressionar tant per la bellesa que pot tenir un cable de fibra òptica submarí, en el més desenvolupat dels països, com per una antena parabòlica en una favela de Brasil i que en facis una fotografia. I a més, volen saber qui ets, la teva història, la que hi ha darrere de la foto, per què la vas fer i, especialment, com creus que aquesta pot condicionar determinats grups humans.

We want to remind you that on the 17th and 18th of September we will be celebrating the 7th annual Fundraising Congress in Madrid's ICAI-ICADE facilities. Iwith.org will be in charge of the workshop: "Internet and transparency, tools for fundraising”. The general theme of this year’s Congress will be TRANSPARENCY.

A new competition on this summer’s horizon: the Chandra Foundation invites all those who live a different summer in 2007 through volunteering to tell their stories.

The last 3rd July, the sixth-grade class from Institute for Educational Excellence in Sierra Gorda de Querétaro (Mexico) was graduated. It all began as a dream of its founder, Abel Montero, who was able to fulfill his dream by means of the strong economic support from Iwith.org and Infantia foundations. Thanks to the support of these foundations, the institute now offers excellent education for children −boys and girls from the region− with outstanding skills for learning, and who have limited economic resources.

On 17 and 18 September Madrid’s ICAI-ICADE will host the Seventh Edition of the Fundraising Conference. Iwith.org will be running the workshop: “Internet and openness, tools for fundraising”.
