Non governmental, non-profit, humanitarian organization, founded on the basis of the 107 PJ Law Decision from May, 03, 1990, at the initiative of a group of physically disabled people.
The managing body of the Association is the General Assembly which meets annually to establish the strategy, the action ways for the following stage and to analyze the way in which the last-year’s objectives were met, by approving the activity reports and by granting administration discharging after having analyzed the presented situations.
- Once every four years, the General Assembly meets to elect the Managing Board.
- The Managing Board elected by The General Assembly elects the Office Board and the President.
- The Financial Auditor is validated by the General Assembly and must meet the terms required by the Fiscal Code.
