Objectives of the project were to organize 12 groups of the poor youths in the 12 rural villages.
To provide mobile training on livestock and poultry farming for the selected 120 rural poor youth at their respective by the taking 10 members at a time in one group.
To provide loans to the trained youths to encourage them to establish small-scale income generating projects in their own initiatives.
To provide follow up, guidance and extension services to the trained youths who will under take income generating activities. It was hoped that the poor youth after getting the training will start income generating business and encourage to train other youths to bring up to the right way of the development.
